riginal’. Developed for commercial use in Japan, the Gyro features a linkage between the front and rear sections that allows the front to lean while the rear wheels stay in contact with the road. This example features red plastic fairings, a rear cargo rack, as well as Gyro S decals over the rear fenders.
The Gyro came from the factory with a parking brake, which is actuated by a lever just below the instrument binnacle and locked the tilt and the rear wheels. This trike is equipped with dual mirrors, reflectors, as well as front and rear turn signals.
Instrumentation includes a central 35-mph speedometer with an inset odometer registering just under 2k miles.
Power is from an air-cooled 49cc two-stroke single paired with a two-speed automatic transmission. Sold on a bill of sale only. I may have a trasnferable registration and will be looking for that and updating if found. Thanks for looking.
