    Moved to the mountains and no place to sail this well-kept
    1989 Catalina 22 with winged keel
    . Very good condition. No soft spots in the deck or hull. Convertible hatch top and bimini. Two foresails. All sails in good shape. Lots of new small parts for standing and running rigging. Has been sitting under a (new) heavy canvas cover most of the past year so needs a good cleaning. Outside teak refinished last year. Low hours 5HP Honda outboard. Single axle Homebuilt trailer with 2 year old tires in good shape.
