Bought this for my son. I was really impressed with quality and extremely comfortable. This is a nice vest, functional and looks good. Plenty of room for the many things that he may need on a day of fishing. The pockets are nicely arranged, and the vest is lightweight. It is wonderfully designed and as is was a great choice for his first vest.

I just received and fitted the vest. I ordered 2 of these, one for me and one for my brother-in-law. First of all, It is highly adjustable and seems like it will fit any body type. My brother-in-law is 5'7 and 160lbs and I am 6'2 and 245lbs. We were both able to adjust them to our own liking, but I will say that mine sits on me kind of like "plate carrier" type body-armor. It's a little smaller for broader chests but it has all of the pockets and attachments it needs to and they are right up front within reach, as they should be. I have mine adjusted to sit higher on my chest so it can stay drier in deeper holes and am very happy with the adjustability. For the price, I'd buy this again in a heartbeat. The only suggestion is perhaps the manufacturer could supply an explanation for what each pocket does or its suggested function? I have a couple of mystery loops and pockets that, while I have found uses for them, I'm curious about their intended purpose.

I am a Spinning Reel/rod fisherman. But, this vest is so versatile. I love that it is fully adjustable to my needs and use. It's less bulky and better able to hold & carry all my trout fishing needs along the Owens River here in Bishop, CA. Can't wait until after next week when I can use it along the creeks too.
